Product Information

  • All products are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur.

  • Orders are processed within 2-14 business days, though delays may happen due to the nature of handcrafted production.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments and Orders

  • Payments are accepted through secure online platforms at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after 24 hours or if production has begun

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Donations

Customers who donate retired climbing ropes agree that the ropes will be repurposed and cannot be returned.

Limitation of Liability
